摘　　要：德国第一代汉学教授是从外交翻译官中养化生成的。政治和学术无法一直保持同心同德,但也并非不能相克相生。体制约束着学院派汉学家的成长,体制也为汉学家的成长提供保障。德国三位外交翻译官向汉学教授转化的成功和失败,体现出时代变迁与个人职业选择的互动关系。The first Sinologist professors in Germany developed from diplomats. Although politics and academics cannot be always kept in same way, they can benefit each other. A Sinolo- gist takes the advantage of a government post, while he is bound by it as well. The experiences of these three Sinologist professors show that the personal career is closely connected with gener- al trend of the times.
