3种非嗜食植物粗提物对稻田寄生天敌的影响

摘  要:采用浸叶法与药膜法,分别测定3种植物粗提物对稻田重要天敌稻虱螯蜂(Haplogonatopus apicalis)与稻螟蛉绒茧蜂(Apanteles ruficrus)的毒性作用。结果表明,薇甘菊乙醇提取物(0.01 g/mL)、飞机草乙醇提取物(0.018 g/mL)对稻虱螯蜂、稻螟蛉绒茧蜂羽化与成蜂的存活是安全的。现代苦楝油(1.5×10^(-4) g/mL)对稻虱螯蜂、稻螟蛉绒茧蜂的羽化具有较强的影响,羽化率分别仅为23.33%、41.57%;对稻螟蛉绒茧蜂成蜂具有较强的毒杀作用,处理后2,6,12,24,48 h内死亡率分别为13.33%、20.00%、30.58%、36.67%和38.26%,与对照相比均达到显著差异,而对稻虱螯蜂成蜂存活的影响较弱。The influences of alcohol extracts from 3 non-preferable plants on paddy parasitoid, Haplogonatopus apicalis,Apanteles ruficrus were studied in the laboratory using leaf dipping method and residual film.The results showed that the plant alcohol extracts from Mikania micrantha and Eupatorium odoratum were safe for eclosion and survival of H,apicalis,A.ruficrus.Trilogy had a toxic side effect on their eclosion,the eclosion rates were only 23.33%and 41.57%,respectively.And it had a strong toxic effect on the survival of A.ruficrus,too.The mortality rates were 13.33%,20.00%,30.58%,36.67%and 38.26%when treated for 2,6,12,24,48 h,respectively,there was a significant difference compared with the control.However,it was safe for the survival of H.apicalis.
