摘 要:2010年4月,对延安市洛川县苹果示范园和常规园2块样地的春季大型土壤动物群落进行调查,共采集到40个土壤样品,通过手拣法共捕获大型土壤动物标本152号,隶属于4门6纲11目。结果表明:正蚓目和鞘翅目是这2块样地的优势类群,而2块样地的其余类群在数目上则各有差异;各群落中大型土壤动物的类群和数量在垂直分布上有一定的表聚性;示范园的春季大型土壤动物类群的多样性、优势度和丰富度都明显高于常规园,而均匀度则低于常规园。通过对苹果园大型土壤动物多样性的研究,为果园土壤生态系统的健康维持提供参考。In April,2010,a survey on the composition and community structure of the macro-soil-fauna was conducted in two sample plots in the demonstration orchard and the conventional management orchard in Luochuan County in spring.40 soil samples totally were collected,and 152 macro-soil-fauna were taken by hand-sorting,which belong to 11 orders,6 classes and 4 phyla.The result of the survey showed that Lumbricida and Coleoptera were dominant species in the two sample plots,and the numbers of other species differed obviously in the two sample plots.There was certain surface collection in species and numbers of macro-soil fauna in each orchard.The diversity index,dominance index and richness index of the demonstration orchard were greater than those in the conventional-management orchard,but the evenness index was less than that of the conventional-management orchard.The result of this study may provide information on how to maintain the health of orchard.
