摘　　要：目的研究毛冬青Ilex pubescens根的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱法对毛冬青根中的化学成分进行分离纯化,应用谱学技术和化学方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果分离鉴定了1个三萜苷皂类化合物3-O-β-D-吡喃木糖基-3β,19α,24-三羟基齐墩果酸(1)。结论化合物1为新的化合物,命名为毛冬青皂苷D。Objective To investigate the chemical constituents from the roots of Ilex pubescens. Methods The compounds were separated and purified by chromatography on silica gel, and Sephadex LH-20 columns. Their chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic methods and chemical evidences. Results A triterpenoid glycoside was purified and its structure was identified as 3-O-β-D-xylopyranosylspathodic acid （1）. Conclusion Compound 1 is a new triterpenoid glycoside, named ilexsaponin D.
