通脉糖眼明胶囊对糖尿病视网膜病变模型大鼠的保护作用研究

摘　　要：目的:研究通脉糖眼明胶囊对糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)模型大鼠的保护作用。方法:腹腔一次性注射链脲佐菌素(STZ,50mg·kg-1)以复制DR大鼠模型。实验分为空白对照、模型、安多明(0.05g·kg-1)和通脉糖眼明胶囊高、中、低剂量(2.0、1.0、0.5g·kg-1)组,灌胃给药,每天1次,连续3月。观察大鼠空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)含量、全血黏度(低切)、血浆黏度值、红细胞比容的变化情况。结果:与模型组比较,通脉糖眼明胶囊高、中剂量组空腹血糖值、HbA1c含量显著降低(P<0.01);通脉糖眼明胶囊高、中、低剂量组血浆黏度显著降低(P<0.01),通脉糖眼明胶囊低剂量组红细胞比容显著下降(P<0.05)。结论:通脉糖眼明胶囊能控制DR模型大鼠的血糖水平,降低血黏滞度,进而改善眼底微循环的血液供应,达到延缓DR发生、发展的目的。OBJECTIVE： To establish the protective effect of Tongmaitangyanming （TMTYM） capsule on diabetic retinopathy （DR） model rat. METHODS： DR rat model was established by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotoein （STZ, 50 mg· kg-1）. The model rats were divided into 6 groups, i.e. blank control group, model group, Anduoming group （0.05 g· kg-1） and TMTYM cap- sule high-dose, medium-dose and low-dose groups （2.0, 1.0, 0.5 g· kg-1）. They were given medicines intragastrically once a day for consecutive 3 months. The changes of fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin （HbAlc） content, whole blood viscosity （low shear） and plasma viscosity were observed in rats. RESULTS：Compared with model group,the fasting blood glucose, HbAlc content in TMTYM capsule high-dose group and medium-dose group were lowered significantly（P〈0.01 ）. The Plasma viscosity in TMTYM capsule high-dose group , medium-dose group and low-dose group were lowered significantly（P〈0.01 ）.The hematocrit in TMTYM low-dose group was lowered significantly （P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION： TMTYM capsule can control the blood glucose lev- els in DR rats, reduce blood viscosity and improve the blood supply of microcirculation so as to delay the development of DR.
