摘　　要：以广东、湖北、广西三省(区)为样本,运用状态空间模型对经济结构调整背景下的金融结构演绎进行实证分析后发现,地区经济结构的调整通过对金融机构及其金融业务需求的改变引致地方金融机构创设、迁入或退出而影响区域金融结构变动,并且不同地区有着不同的演绎过程。地方政府应注重地区经济结构优化、产业结构优化升级,从需求引导的视角拓展区域金融结构优化的路径;培育特色化区域金融发展模式的重点应根据地区经济结构对金融需求差异性来创新金融业务等。We make a positive analysis on financial structure evolution in the setting of economic structure adjustment by state space model in Guangdong, Hubei and Guangxi provinces. The results show that the regional economic structure adjustment will changing regional financial structure by financial organizations and financial business demands which will lead to local financial organizations＇ found, immigration and quit, and the evolution is different in different regions. Local government should put emphasis on regional economic structure optimization, upgrading of industrial structure, expand optimizing route of regional financial structure in the view of demands guidance; attach importance to financial innovation by financial demands disparity according to regional economic structure to cultivate distinguished regional development mode.
