农户林地流入的行为方式与影响因素:解析浙江12个行政村

摘　　要：基于浙江省2个县市12个行政村的265户农户的抽样调查数据,对农户林地流入选择行为及林地流入规模影响因素进行实证分析表明:村集体是农户林地流入的重要来源,林地流转市场化、契约化程度较高,林地流入促进了林地资源的开发利用。家庭农业劳动力人数、家庭总收入、家庭林业收入占比、家庭人均林地面积、当地有无林地流转平台对林地流入选择行为及流入规模均有正向影响,户主年龄、申请采伐指标是否容易对林地流入选择行为分别有负向及正向影响,家庭经营林地块数对林地流入选择行为及流入规模均有负向影响。Based on the survey of 265 farmers in 12 villages of 2 counties in Zhejiang province, this paper analyzed factors affecting the choice behavior of farmers＇ forestland inflow and inflow scale. The results showed that forestland inflow mainly come from the village collective, the forestland transfer have higher degree of market and contract, forestland inflow promote the development and utilization of forestland resources. Family agriculture labor force,aggregate income of family, forestry income in family total income, family forestland area per capita, whether having forestland transfer platform on local have positive influence on the choice behavior of farmers＇ forestland inflow and the inflow scale; Whether easily applying for cutting index has positive influence on the choice behavior of farmers＇ forestland inflow; Householder＇ age has negative influence on the choice behavior of farmers＇ forestland inflow; The number of forest land has negative influence both on the choice behavior of farmers＇ forestland inflow and the inflow scale.
