摘  要:以靛红、水合肼、2-羟基-1-萘甲醛为原料,经缩合及还原反应合成出主体分子,3-[(2-羟基萘)亚甲基]亚肼基-2-吲哚酮(HNHI)。通过1HNMR、13CNMR和元素分析对其结构进行了表征。考察了不同金属离子及常见阴离子对主体分子HNHI紫外-可见吸收光谱和荧光光谱的影响。结果表明,只有Cu2+、Co2+和Ni2+对HNHI的紫外吸收光谱有影响,在长波区有新峰出现,溶液由无色变成粉色,其余离子无干扰;并且该3种金属离子对HNHI的荧光光谱也有影响,荧光明显增强。An isatin Schiff base derivative, 3- [ ( 2-hydroxynaphthyl ) methyl ] hydrazono-indilin-2-one (HNHI), was designed and synthesized. Its structure was characterized by means of 1^HNMR, 13 ^CNMR and elemental analysis. The influences of different metal ions and common anions on the UV-vis absorption spectra and fluorescence spectrum were studied. The results of the UV-vis absorption spectra show that HNHI had good response to Cu^2+ , Co^2+ and Ni^2+ , and a new peak appeared in the long wavelength region. Then the color of the solution turned from colorless to pink. Besides, it is concluded from the fluorescence spectrum that HNHI also had good selectivity to Cu^2+, Co^2+ and Ni^2+ with obvious fluorescence enhancement.
