基于组织层面视角的生态工业园发展途径分析——以广东云安县生态工业园为例

摘　　要：通过深入调研广东省云安县循环经济发展状况,从资源流动的组织层面出发,将云安县建设工业生态园的实践从三个层面进行分析。在企业层面上,依靠科技提高资源综合利用率和开展清洁生产,从源头上减少污染物的排放;在产业层面,以振兴现有支柱产业和培育节能环保的新兴产业为指导思想,建立起以硫化工、水泥、石材为核心的三大生态产业链;在园区层面,促进三大生态产业链之间资源互补,构建生态产业链网,提高园区工业生态系统的整体竞争力和稳定性。Through a survey of the economic development of Yun＇an county, Guangdong, the paper analyzes the experience of Yun＇ an in building eeo - industrial park （EIP） from three levels of flows of resources. At the enterprise level, it relies on technology to increase the comprehensive utilization of resources and promote clean production, reducing emissions from the source; at the industry level, with the guideline of rejuvenating existing pillar industries and cultivating new energy - saving and environmental protection industry, three eeo - industrial chains are established at the core of sultur chemical, cement and stone ; at the park level, it focuses on the complementarity of resources among the three eco - industrial chains and building eco - industrial chain network to improve the overall competitiveness and stability of EIP system.
