摘 要:通过北方收获期胡萝卜的田间和实验室测定,采用图像解析和数理统计方法对收获期胡萝卜的几何特性进行分析,得出胡萝卜主要几何特性指标值的变化区间和分布频率;应用软件Design-Expert Version 6.0.10,通过拉伸试验法对收获期胡萝卜根茎结合部抗拉强度、拔取力等力学特性进行测试与分析,得出胡萝卜根茎结合部抗拉强度为(11.77±6.92)105Pa、最小抗拉力小于60 N,土壤自然状态下最大拔取力为(160±87)N,采用拔取收获方式时的松土位置优化参数组合为:松土深度15→19 cm,松土距离8→13 cm。试验为胡萝卜收获和加工机器系统的开发提供科学依据。Based on the field and lab measurement on the carrot in harvest time in north area, China, the mathematic statistics and image analytical method were employed to analyze the main geometric properties, The variation rang and distribution frequencies of the carrot's main geometric properties indexes were found, The tensile test was carried out to test the mechanical properties using the Design-Expert Version 6.0.10 software, the tensile strength of junction between the stem and the root was in the range of (11.77±6.92) 10s Pa, the maximum anti-pull force was less than 60 N, the maximum pulling force for the carrot in condition of natural growth in harvest was in the range of (160±87) N, and the better parameters combination of location of the soil loosened was that the depth was 15-19 cm, and the distance was 8-13 cm. All of these provided the scientific basis for the harvester and the development of processing machine system of the carrot.
