摘  要:为了解决由于储油罐变位而导致的罐容表计量误差问题,对两端球状的圆柱体储油罐变位后罐内油量进行了重新标定,针对储油罐可能在水平和竖直两个方向上发生变位,分析了两种情况变位前后罐容间的关系,在此基础上建立了相应的标定模型和储油罐在变位前和变位后罐容标定计算公式,并给出了该模型的适用范围的判定公式及具体的求解步骤,通过实例对模型进行了检验,检验结果表明了该模型的正确性和可行性。In order to solve the error problems of tank capacity measurement caused by oil tank deformation, according to the oil tank in the horizontal direction and vertical direction, the relation of tank capacity between before changed position and after is analyzed, the changing position of the cylindrical oil tank with two flat ends is identified, and the corresponding calibration model are established and tank capacity calibration formula are also built. Meanwhile, according to the changing position feature of oil tank, the model solution steps are given. Finally, the model are tested with the examples, the test results confirm the correct- ness and the feasibility of the model.
