摘  要:目的探讨2型糖尿病合并急性脑梗死与血尿酸及血脂水平的关系。方法选择急性脑梗死患者366例,根据有无糖尿病将患者分为2组,2型糖尿病合并急性脑梗死为糖尿病组163例、无糖尿病的急性脑梗死为对照组203例,测定2组患者血尿酸及血脂水平,分析其与2型糖尿病合并急性脑梗死的相关性。结果与对照组比较,糖尿病组血清尿酸水平明显升高,差异有统计学意义[(414.41±45.74)μmol/Lvs(370.54±42.37)μmo1/L,P<0.05];糖尿病组TC、TG、LDL-C水平明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。logistic多元相关分析,糖尿病与血尿酸水平呈负相关(r=-0.484,P=0.017)。结论高尿酸血症和高脂血症是2型糖尿病合并急性脑梗死的危险因素。Objective To study the relation of type 2 diabetes mellitus(DM) accompanying acute cerebral infarction with serum uric acid and blood lipid level. Methods Three hundred and sixty- six acute cerebral infarction patients included in this study were divided into type 2 DM accompan- ying acute cerebral infarction group(DM group,n= 163) and no diabetic acute cerebral infarction group(control group,n=203) according to whether they had DM or not. Their serum levels of uric acid,TG,TC,HDL-C and LDL-C were measured. Relation of thesse parameter with type 2 DM accompanying acute cerebral infarction was analyzed. Results The serum levels of uric acid [(414.41±45.74) μmol/L vs (370.54±42.37) μmol/L], TC, TG and LDL-C were significantly higher in DM group than in control group(P〈0.05,P〈0.01). Conclusion Hyperuricemia and hyperlipidemia are the risk factors for type 2 DM accompanying acute cerebral infarction.
