室内装修污染与儿童呼吸健康的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨室内装修污染对儿童呼吸健康状况的影响。方法对泰安市城区五所小学的2～4年级(7～9岁)1000名学龄儿童进行调查,调查内容包括居室内装修状况;室内空气污染程度不同对儿童呼吸健康的影响。结果有室内装修污染儿童中患咳嗽、气喘和咳痰的发生率均高于无室内装修污染的儿童,经χ2检验,P值﹤0.01,差异有统计学意义;室内装修后越短时间入住,出现咳嗽、气喘和咳痰等症状的比例越高,随入住时间的延长,儿童出现症状的比例逐渐降低,未感冒时咳嗽、气喘和咳痰的发生率差异有统计学意义(P值﹤0.05);随着居室装修时间的延长,室内空气中甲醛、苯、总挥发性有机物的超标率均有所下降。经统计学处理,P值均﹤0.01。结论室内有无装修及装修后不同时间入住对儿童呼吸健康影响不同,应积极采取措施,避免室内装修污染对儿童健康造成危害。OBJECTIVE To research the influence of indoor decoration pollution on children＇s respiratory health.METHODS 1 000 children in Grade 2 to 4（aged 7 to 9）in the 5 primary schools in the Taian City were researched about their home decoration condition and the children＇s respiratory health.RESULTS The incidences of cough,asthma and expectoration for children living in polluted houses were all higher than other children not living in polluted houses,P﹤0.01.It showed the sooner to move in a new house after decoration,the higher the rate for children to show the symptom of cough,asthma and expectoration.And the rate to show these symptoms got down as the time to move in after decoration got later.The difference in the coincidence rates of cough,asthma and expectoration had sstatistical significance（P﹤0.05）.And the over-standard rate of formaldehyde,benzene and total volatile organic compounds（TVOC）in the indoor air decreased with the time after decoration.P﹤0.01 statistically.CONCLUSION Living in a house with or without indoor decoration and the different time to move in after decoration has different influences on children＇s respiratory health.We should take actions to protect the children from indoor decoration pollution.
