摘　　要：目的评估三亚市孕期妇女对生殖健康相关知识知晓情况,降低孕产妇妊娠期并发症,使孕产妇能安全度过围产期。方法了解三亚市孕妇年龄、户籍、文化程度的基本情况。并分析不同情况孕期妇女对生殖健康知识的掌握水平。结果三亚市孕期妇女对生殖健康相关知识的认知情况调查表的平均得分为5.786分。20～30岁年龄组得分最高为6.234,40岁以上年龄组得分最低为4.112,在不同年龄之间比较差异有统计学意义。农村人口得分为4.013,城市人口得分为5.971,在不同户籍之间比较差异有统计学意义。大学组得分最高为6.784,初中组得分最低为4.011,在不同文化程度之间比较差异有统计学意义。结论目前三亚市孕期妇女对生殖健康相关知识知晓情况不够全面,知识掌握水平与年龄、户籍和文化程度有一定关系,应加强对中低文化农村人群和高龄产妇的教育。OBJECTIVE To evaluate awareness of reproductive health knowledge in Sanya,to reduce maternal complications of pregnancy.METHODS Understood the maternal age,household,educational level in Sanya and analyzed the level of mastery on reproductive health knowledge of pregnant women with different situations.RESULTS Average score in questionnaire was 5.786 in pregnant women of Sanya.The 20-30 age group had the highest score（6.234）;40-year-old age group had the lowest score（4.112）,there was a statistical significance between the different age groups.The rural population score was 4.013,the urban population score was 5.971,there was a statistical significance between the different household registrations.University group had the highest score（6.784）,junior high school group had the lowest score（4.011）,there was a statistical significance between the different cultural levels.CONCLUSION At present,the awareness of pregnant women on reproductive health-related knowledge is not enough in Sanya.The level of knowledge and age,household registration and education level have a certain relationship,we should strengthen the education of the rural population of medium and low culture.
