健康宣教在糖尿病视网膜病变患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨健康教育在糖尿病视网膜病变患者中的应用效果。方法入选2009年8月～2010年12月在某院住院治疗的糖尿病视网膜病变患者98例,根据患者入院后护理方式的不同将患者分为干预组(n=47)和对照组(n=51),对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上增加健康宣教。结果干预结束后,干预组治疗依从性良好比例为72.3%显著高于对对照组60.8%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);干预组相关知识掌握比例为74.5%显著高于对对照组56.9%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。两组患者SF-36评分比较,干预组情感职能、生理职能、活力、社会功能、精神健康、总体健康评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论对糖尿病视网膜病变患者实施健康宣教,能显著提高患者治疗依从性和对糖尿病视网膜知识的掌握,改善患者的生活质量。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of health education in patients with diabetic retinopathy.METHODS 98 cases of hospitalized patients with diabetic retinopathy in our hospital from August 2009 to in December 2010 were chosen as the research objects.According to the differences in the way of care in hospitalized patients,they were divided into the intervention group（n = 47）and the control group（n = 51）.The control group was taken with conventional care,and the observation group was given health education on the basis of routine care.RESULTS After the end of the intervention,the good proportion of treatment compliance in the intervention group was 72.3%,was significantly higher than the control group of 60.8%,the difference was statistically significant（P﹤0.05）.The proportion of knowledge in the intervention group was 74.5%,was significantly higher than the control group of 56.9%,the difference was statistically significant（P﹤0.05）.The SF-36 scores of the two groups were compared,the emotional functions,physiological functions,vitality,social function,mental health,overall health score of the intervention group were significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P﹤0.05）.CONCLUSION The implementation of health education for patients with diabetic retinopathy,can significantly improve treatment compliance in patients and mastery of the knowledge of diabetic retinopathy,and improve patients＇ quality of life.
