连云港市2005～2009年常规免疫接种率监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解连云港市常规免疫接种率监测现状,为进一步调整免疫策略提供依据。方法根据2005～2009年的常规免疫数据进行差值(D值)、比值(R值)评价分析。结果 2005～2009年全市的五苗(BCG、OPV、DPT、MV、HBV)报告接种率均在98.73%以上,全市五苗估计接种率在74.93%～128.31%之间,其中全市2008、2009年五苗估计接种率均远大于报告接种率。连云区、新浦区、海州区、灌云县的五苗估计接种率均小于报告接种率(新浦区DPT除外),而东海县、赣榆县五苗估计接种率均远大于报告接种率。结论随着扩大免疫规划工作的深入开展,该市的预防接种工作的质量较以前有很大的改观,基层防保人员掌握的应种人数更加真实。OBJECTIVE To know about the monitoring status of routine immunization vaccination rate in Lianyungang City,adjust the immunization measures.METHODS Evaluated and analysed the difference（D-value）and rate（R-value）according to the routine immunization vaccination data in 2005-2009.RESULTS In 2005-2009,the whole city＇s reported vaccination rates of five vaccines（BCG,OPV,DPT,MV,HBV）were above 98.73%,the whole city＇s estimated vaccination rates of five vaccines were 74.93%-128.31%,in which the vaccination rates of five vaccines in 2008 and 2009 were much higher than the reported.The vaccination rates of five vaccines in Lianyun District,Xinpu District,Haizhou District and Guanyun District were all lower than the reported vaccination rates（excluding DPT vaccination rate in Xinpu District）,however the vaccination rates of five vaccines in Donghai County,Ganyu County were higher than the reported vaccination rates.CONCLUSION Along with the further development of expanding immunization programming,the city＇s vaccination work has been improved much to the former work,the vaccinated population number need to be mastered by the primary level of immunization personnel is more real.
