摘　　要：湖北省在开展大规模的塘堰整治工作中,针对实际存在的问题,提出了解决问题的对策和思路,重点提炼了湖北塘堰整治六大技术系统,并分析了塘堰在灌溉、防洪、供水、养殖等方面产生的巨大经济效益和社会效益。In pond and weir treatment and regulation process, existed problems are evaluated and measures and policies are worked out. Six technical systems for pond and weir treatment are developed in Hubei Province. Economic and social benefits of pond and weir in the aspects of irrigation, flood control, water supply and fish culture are investigated.
