河图“圆运动”探讨及其在“血管神经性头痛”中的运用

摘　　要：彭子益以河图圆运动之道而理出生命宇宙整体观,此乃三才医学之典范。圆运动学说,为往圣继绝学,为后世开新篇,此乃现代中医学之重要补充。文章以河图圆运动理论为经,以笔者之粗浅分析为纬,对圆运动学说进行探讨,而后观其指导论治10余年病程之"血管神经性头痛"的效用,得出结论:临证之际,可以圆运动辨证为大法;论治之时,以恢复失序之圆运动为要旨。一言以蔽之,通晓河图圆运动,识得阴阳五行理,中医百病一圆中。PENG Zi-yi explained circular-motion view in his famous book Primitive Traditional Chinese Medicine and Circular-motion,it provided a very powerful tool for us to research Chinese medicine.We carried on the induction to the circular-motion theory from two side： the Circular-motion from Hetu and our analysis results.It was considered that syndrome differentiation of Circular-motion was also practical in clinical practice,and recovering the disorder of circular-motion was its soul.We set the vascular tension headache with course of more than 10 years for example in this paper.As far as we were concerned,we might get the key point of traditional Chinese medicine in a circle when we could grasp the principle of Yin-yang and five elements.
