摘　　要：目的:对天津中医药大学第一附属医院心血管内科2005年1月至2006年12月出院的195例心力衰竭患者的病死率、再住院率等进行随访分析。方法:采取查阅病历、电话随访和家庭访视的方式,记录分析患者住院情况、出院后中药干预情况、再次住院情况以及生存状况等。结果:本中心心力衰竭患者病死率及再住院率有低于国内同时期其它相关报告结果的趋势。结论:在西药规范治疗基础上辨证加用中药治疗心力衰竭,有降低患者病死率及再住院率的趋势。Objective： To analyze the mortality,rehospitalization rate,et al.of the discharging heart failure patients in cardiovascular department of the first teaching hospital of Tianjin University of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） from Jan.2005 to Dec.2006.Methods： To record and analysis the inpatient status,the intervention of TCM after discharging,rehospitalization situation and survival condition by reviewing the medical records,telephone follow-up and family visit.Results： There＇s a lower trend in mortality and rehospitalization rate compared with any other related reports in our country.Conclusion： TCM treatment based on differential diagnosis in addition to standard western medication has shown to reduce mortality and readmission in patients with heart failure.
