不同刺激强度穴位贴敷冬病夏治防治支气管哮喘的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:比较不同刺激强度穴位贴敷冬病夏治防治支气管哮喘的临床疗效,探讨最佳冬病夏治穴位贴敷组方和制作,为临床推广应用提供依据。方法:将396例患者随机分为贴敷1组(132例)、贴敷2组(132例)、贴敷3组(132例),给予不同刺激强度的穴位贴敷冬病夏治,比较和评价3组患者在临床症状、生命质量评分、皮肤反应、肺功能方面的差异。结果:治疗后临床总有效率贴敷1组86.67%、贴敷2组87.60%,明显优于贴敷3组52.14%(P<0.01),且生命质量评分、肺功能一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、一秒钟用力呼气容积占用力肺活量比值(FEV1/FVC)的改善也优于贴敷3组(P<0.05);而贴敷1组与贴敷2组之间比较无明显差异;但皮肤反应方面贴敷1组明显优于贴敷2组(P<0.01)。结论:恰当的药物炮制和加入适当的促渗透药可以保持冬病夏治穴位贴敷的疗效,且能减轻皮肤副反应。Objective： It will be comparing clinical efficacy on the preventing and treating asthma with different skin stimulus plaster in summer,to explore the best composition and facture of the plaster,and to provide a theoretical basis for clinical practice.Methods： Depending on randomization,396 patients were divided into the group 1（132 cases）,group 2（132 cases） and group 3（132 cases）.They were put different skin stimulus plaster on points in summer.Patients were observed in clinical symptoms,quality of life score,and the skin reaction and pulmonary function.Results： The group 1 total effective rate was 86.67% and the group 2 was 87.60%.They were better than the group 3 of 52.14%（P〈0.01）.Quality of Life and pulmonary function of group1 and group 2 were better than the group3 too（P〈0.05）.On the skin reaction,group1 was better than group 2.It was significant about the difference（P〈0.01）.Conclusion： It can keep the efficacy of summer treatment for winter disease by acupoint sticking therapy that appropriate processing drugs and putting accelerator in it,and reduce the side effect of skin.
