小儿肾病综合征从“痰瘀虚”论治经验

摘　　要：文章认为小儿肾病综合征的病理机制是"虚生痰瘀,痰瘀致虚,痰瘀虚互为因果",提出从"痰瘀虚"论治的见解,拟创了以"化痰、活瘀、补虚"为用的经验方清漾汤用于临床,取得了满意的疗效。并介绍了对肾病综合征专症专药猫爪草、刘寄奴等药的应用经验。The article thinks the pathogenesis of nephrotic syndrome in children is the＇phlegm and blood stasis caused by deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis caused in deficiency,phlegm,blood stasis and deficiency interact each other＇,made from ＇Phlegm virtual＇views on the rule,a record to be a＇phlegm,live stasis,tonic＇for the use of the experience of Qing Yang Tang for clinical,and achieved satisfactory results,and describes the application of such drugs that Maozhaocao and Siphonostegia which are the specifically designed drugs for the symptoms of nephrotic syndrome.
