摘　　要：由中医老年病专业、中医骨伤专业、中医妇科专业、内分泌专业、临床流行病学专业等多学科人员组成原发性骨质疏松症中医临床实践指南编写组,通过文献检索、证据评价、合成推荐建议等程序,历时4年制定原发性骨质疏松症中医循证临床指南(以下简称指南)。在指南的每个建议之后的右上角方括号中提供了证据强度和建议强度,通过这种方法,使用者可以了解到每个建议的证据级别和建议强度。指南草案形成后,通过4次全国范围内的专家论证、3家医院的临床试应用后,修改完善,形成指南定稿。本指南针对的患者群体是原发性骨质疏松症的高危人群和原发性骨质疏松症患者(绝经后骨质疏松症和老年性骨质疏松症)无并发骨折者。本指南供专业中医师使用,拟3年修订1次。A development group including multidisciplinary specialists spent four years to develop the clinical practice guideline（CPG） for primary osteoporosis in Chinese medicine.An overall literature search of articles in Chinese language and English language was performed by the guideline developing group.A quality assessment of the literature was carried out and the recommendation was made based on the evidence.There are five levels of the evidence and four grades of recommendation.The grade of recommendation and the level of evidence are given in bracketed superscripts after each recommendation.In this way,readers can understand what type of evidence supports the recommendation.Experts conducted four assessments for the CPG of Chinese Medicine for Primary Osteoporosis.After the fourth expert assessment,the guideline were sent to some doctorsin three hospitals recommended by the experts and implemented in clinical practice.The guideline compiling team made the amendment to the draft guideline according to the doctors＇ opinions,and the final draft was completed.This guideline is aimed at those individuals at highest risk of primary osteoporosis,as well as is those who already have the disease（postmenopausal osteoporosis and senile osteoporosis） without secondary fractures.This guideline is intended for physicians,and it is scheduled for revision in a three-year interval based on the progress of RD of the disease.
