《黄帝内经》体质分型与高血压发病关系初探

摘　　要：通过对《黄帝内经》体质分型的分析,结合现代研究成果,认为《黄帝内经》体质分型对探讨高血压发病起重要指导作用。通常所讲的五态体质分类法,将人在形态、功能、心理以及对外界适应能力等方面的差异性综合判断作为体质分型的依据,在研究多因素致高血压发病机制方面占有明显优势;另外研究证实阴虚质、痰湿质等体质类型与高血压病发病关系密切。同时认识到现代医学某些高血压病的易患因素,如盐敏感存在特殊的体质特征。《黄帝内经》体质分型,为获得高血压发病的预测信息提供了理论框架,为防治高血压病提供了新的途径和方法。Analysis of Huangdi Neijing about constitution type combined modern research findings showed that constitution type played a key guiding effect in discussion the attack of hypertension.Five states constitution classification method,which considered comprehensive judgement of otherness in form,function,mind and outside adaptation aspects as reason of constitution type,possessed obvious advantage in the pathogenesis of hypertension by multi-factors.What＇s more,constitution type of Yin deficiency and phlegm damp were closely relatived with onset of hypertension.Some easy-suffering factors of hypertension,for example,salt sensitive constitution,were realized by modern medicine.Constitution type of Huangdi Neijing provided theoretical frame for getting forecasting information of incidence of hypertension,and offered new pathway and method to prevent hypertension.
