近30年大肠癌中医证型和用药规律分析

摘　　要：目的:对1979年1月-2010年10月中国期刊数据库(CNKI)收录的中医诊治大肠癌文献,通过频次分析总结中医证型和方药特点,以探讨大肠癌中医辨证论治规律。方法:对所选文献中的证型、方剂和药物进行统计归类,总结各证型、方剂和药物出现频次和所占比例。结果:大肠癌证型7个,湿热内蕴、脾肾阳虚、肝肾阴虚为常见证型,占63.03%。大肠癌成方96首,补益剂、理血剂、泻下剂占70.83%。大肠癌用药共184味,按功能归为39类,进一步合并为17大类。补虚、清热、利水渗湿类药和活血祛瘀药使用频次占67.10%;结论:中医诊治大肠癌证型和方药规律的分析结果可为目前大肠癌的辨证论治提供参考。Objective： The literatures on the treatment of colorectal cancer with Chinese medicine were collected from CNKI dated in the range from January 1979 to October 2010.The syndrome types and prescriptions were summarized through frequency analysis so as to probe into the laws of the differentiation of syndrome and treatment of the disease in Chinese medicine.Methods： The types of syndromes,formulas and drugs were analyzed and classified statistically to observe the use frequency and percentage of every syndrome type,prescription and drug.Results： There were 7 syndrome types in colorectal cancer in which interior harmful retention of dampness and heat,Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney,Yin deficiency of liver and kidney were common syndromes,occupying 63.03%.There were 96 prescriptions in colorectal cancer tonic prescription,tonic prescription,treating blood disorders,purgative drugs prescriptions,occupying 70.83% There were totally 184 kinds of drugs applied,classified into 39 types and further combined into 17 types in which the tonic,heat-clearing and clearing damp and promoting diuresis and activating blood circulation medicines were frequently prescribed,occupying 67.10%.Conclusion： The analysis on the syndromes types,the characteristics of formulas and drugs for colorectal cancer in Chinese medicine provide the references for the syndrome differentiation and treatment at present.
