中医药治疗变应性鼻炎辨证用药特点及分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨变应性鼻炎中医辨证及治疗用药的特点,为本病的进一步研究治疗提供依据。方法:搜集整理万方数据库2005年1月-2011年4月的相关文献,运用统计学软件对该病的辨证分型、治则治法、用药规律进行频数统计分析。结果:纳入的102篇文献中,变应性鼻炎的辨证分型以肺气亏虚型最多,其他较多的证型依次为肺脾气虚,肺脾肾亏虚,肾阳亏虚,风寒犯肺等。用药特点以解表药和补虚药最多,并配合使用其他各类中药,单味中药黄芪为使用之最。结论:中医药对变应性鼻炎的辨证治疗形成了独特的理论体系,并取得了良好的疗效。Objective： To provide basis for the further research and treatment of allergic rhinitis by studying the characteristic of syndrome differentiation and therapeutic methods of TCM on this disease.Methods： On basis of some criteria,literatures on allergic rhinitis treated by traditional Chinese medicine in recent years（2005.1-2011.4） from Wan Fang Data Base were collected and analyzed by spss 13.0.Results： In all chosen literatures,lung-qi deficiency occupies the largest perception in the syndrome differentiation.Other main syndrome types are deficiency of lung-qi and spleen-qi;deficiency of lung-qi,spleen-qi and kidney-qi;Kidney-yang deficiency;syndrome of wind-cold invasion of lung and so on.The exterior-releasing medicinal and tonic medicinal are most frequently prescribed herbs,and in addition,other types of herbs are also prescribed at the same time in order to get the best curative effect.In all the herbs listed in this research,Astragalus among the most popular drugs.Conclusion： The study provides the basis for the further research and treatment of allergic rhinitis.
