摘  要:目的:筛选黄栌中有效成分漆黄素最佳提取工艺的研究。方法:采用单因素考察和L9(34)正交试验设计法,以黄栌中漆黄素的含量为考察指标,取4因素(提取溶媒、提取时间、溶媒pH、溶媒量)3水平,优选漆黄素提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为A2B3C3D3,即以65%、25倍药材量的乙醇为提取溶媒,调pH9,每次90min以提取2次为宜。结论:该提取工艺设计合理、可行,工艺稳定,重现性好,提取率高(1.03%),为进一步开发利用黄栌药用资源提供指导。Objective: To select out the optimal extraction process of fisetin of cotinus coggygria.Methods: We adopted a single factor and L9(34) orthogonal experimental design method.The index was the content of fisetin in cotinus coggygria.We took four factors(extraction solvent,extraction time,solvent pH,solvent volume),three levels,preferred extraction process of fisetin.Results: The optimum extraction was A2B3C3D3 which used 65% and 25 times amount of ethanol at pH9 as extraction solvent,and extracted 2 times,90min each time.Conclusion: The optimized extraction process is stable and feasible,with good reproducibility,high extraction rate(1.03%),provided a reference for further exploitation of the medicinal resources of the cotinus coggygria.
