摘  要:目的:探讨野芭蕉治疗高血压左心室肥厚(LVH)患者氧化应激功能紊乱的效果。方法:选取90例LVH患者随机分为治疗1组和治疗2组两组,每组45例,治疗2组给常规西药治疗,治疗1组用西药加野芭蕉中药治疗,于治疗前后检测患者的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、丙二醛(MDA)水平,并与42例健康对照组比较。结果:治疗1组治疗前血清SOD、CAT和GSH-PX均值低于对照组MDA均值高于健康对照组(P<0.01),治疗后血清SOD、CAT和GSH-PX水平提高(P<0.01,P<0.05),MDA下降(P<0.05)。结论:野芭蕉通络汤联合西药治疗LVH,对患者的氧化应激功能紊乱有确切的纠正作用。Objective: To explore the effect of Musa acuminata on left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH) patients with oxidatie stress disorders.Methods: 90 cases of LVH patients were randomly divided into treatment group 1 and treatment group 2,Each group of 45 patients,group 2 with western medicine,group 1 with western medicine and Musa acuminata herbal treatment,The superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX) and malondialdehyde(MDA) level of patients were detected before and after treatment,and compared with 42 cases of healthy control group.Results: The mean of serum SOD,CAT and GSH-PX of group 1 before treatment were lower than those of the healthy control group(P〈0.01);The mean of serum MDA of group 1 before treatment was higher than those of the healthy control group(P〈0.01).The mean of serum SOD,CAT and GSH-PX of group 2 before treatment were lower than those of the healthy control group(P〈0.01,P〈0.05),but the mean of serum MDA decrease(P〈0.05).Conclusion: Musa acuminata integrated with western medicine therapy have the exact corrective action for LVH patients with oxidatie stress disorders.
