摘　　要：论述了河北省沿海地区加速城镇化的意义和原则、优势和动力,分析了河北省沿海地区城镇存在沿海滨水程度低、港城互动效果不明显、制度性迁移壁垒问题,提出了沿海现代产业体系构建、不同城镇化模式的分类推进、中心城市的打造等加快沿海地区城镇化的战略构想。The significance, principle, advantage and impetus of urbanization for coastal area in Hebei province were analysised. And then some problems including low inshore degree, the lack of relevancy between pert and city, insti- tutional barrier to transfer etc were identified. At last, this paper pointed out the strategies of how to quicken the coume of urbanization： the formation of modem coastal industrial system; different urbanization patterns respectively advancing; the building of the central city.
