ICU留置尿管病人使用精密尿袋的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨精密尿袋在预防ICU留置尿管病人尿路感染和精确记录每小时尿量的效果。方法:将80例ICU留置尿管病人随机分成2组,普通尿袋组38例,精密尿袋组42例;2组病例定期进行尿液培养,观察护士工作量。结果:留置尿管第7天普通尿袋组有21.05%出现菌尿,精密尿袋组有4.76%出现菌尿,精密尿袋组病人每周平均节省护士操作时间314 min。结论:留置尿管病人使用精密尿袋能有效预防尿路感染,节省护士操作时间。Objective：To explore the effect of preventing urinary tract infection with urine bag and indwelling catheter in ICU patients,and the effect of accurate record of the hourly urine output. Methods：80 eases of ICU indwelling catheter patients were divided randomly into two groups. Normal urine bag group in 38 cases, accurate urine bag group in 42 eases; in two cases, there were the regular urine culture,observed the workload of nurses. Results：On the 7th day, the indwelling catheter with normal urine bag group had 21.05% bacteriuria, accurate urine bag group had 4.76% baeteriuria; weekly nurses saved average operation time of 314 minutes in accurate urine bag group. Conclusion：Indwelling catheter and using the accurate urine bag for patients not only prevent urinary tract infections effectively but also save operation time for nurse.
