摘 要:向Fe-Cr-W-Ti-Y合金粉末中添加原子比为3:1的Fe/Al混合粉末,利用Kirkendall效应和Fe、Al反应造孔制备铁基高温合金多孔材料。研究Fe/Al混合粉末的添加量对Fe-Cr-W-Ti-Y高温多孔材料开孔隙率及孔结构的影响。结果表明,加入Fe/Al混合粉末能显著提高烧结坯的开孔隙率,但并非所加Fe/Al混合粉末含量越多越好,Fe/Al混合粉末质量分数为15%时,烧结坯开孔隙率达到最大值33%。Fe/Al混合粉添加量在15%~45%范围内,随Fe/Al混合粉末含量增加烧结坯的开孔隙率下降。The porous iron-based superalloy materials have been prepared through the Kirkendall effect and using Fe-Cr-W-Ti-Y alloy powder adding Fe/Al mixed powder(with atomic ratio of 3:1) as raw materials. The effect of Fe/Al mixed powder content on the open porosity of porous iron-based superalloy materials was investigated. The results show that the addition of Fe/Al mixed powder can significantly increase the open porosity of the sintered compact. However, there is not a strictly linear increment rule between the Fe/Al mixed powder content and the open porosity. As added 15% (mass fraction) Fe/Al mixed powder, the sintered compact has the maximum open porosity of 33%. With the Fe/Al mixed powder content in the range of 15%-45%, the open porosity of the sintered compact decreases with the Fe/Al mixed oowder content increasing.
