摘  要:目的:实验观察解郁合剂方对高血脂模型大鼠相关指标的影响,为临床用药提供药效学依据。方法:给予大鼠高脂饲料4周,造成高血脂大鼠模型,同时给予受试药解郁合剂方,测定给药过程中大鼠体重变化,及给药后高脂模型大鼠甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(CHOL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、载脂蛋白A1(apoA1)、载脂蛋白B(apoB)的变化。结果:两个剂量组对血清甘油三酯均具有显著的降低作用,高剂量组对血清CHOL、LDL水平亦具有显著的降低作用,与模型组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。高剂量组能提高血清HDL水平,但与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。各组大鼠血清apo A1水平均无显著性差异,各剂量组和血脂康对照组不同程度降低apoB水平,其中受试药高剂量组最为明显,与模型组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:解郁合剂方具有明确的改善高血脂相关指标的作用。Objective : Observe the effect of the experiment of hyperlipidemia model rats by Jieyu mixture, to provide medical evidence for clinical medication. Methods : Rats were given high fat diet for 4 weeks, causing high blood fat rats model, at the same time giving reagent Jieyu mixture method. Measure the change of body weight of fat rats during drug delivery, and the changes of triglyceride ( TG ), cholesterol ( CHOL ), high density lipoprotein ( HDL ), low density lipoprotein ( LDL ), apolipoprotein A 1 ( apoA 1 ), apolipoprotein B ( apoB ) of model rats with hyperlipidemia after administration were observed. Results : The serum triglycerides of 2 groups were significantly reduced, serum CHOL, LDL levels of high dose group were significantly reduced,which compared with the model group had significant difference ( P〈0.05 ). High dose could increase the level of serum HDL, and compared with the model group had significant difference (P〈0.01). The serum apoA1 of rats in each group had no significant difference, each dose group and Xuezhikang group decreased apoB levels in different degrees, which were affected by the reagent of high dose group most obviously, and had significant difference compared with the model group ( P〈0.05 ). Conclusion : Jieyu mixture has clear improvement effect on high blood lipids.
