摘　　要：目的:客观评价中药益糖康从体重指数(BMI)分层角度对并有糖调节受损(IGR)的代谢综合征(MS)的临床疗效。方法:采用多中心随机双盲平行对照的试验方法,从符合WHO诊断标准的痰热互结型并有IGR的MS的165例患者,从BMI分层角度进行临床疗效观察。随机分出治疗组患者83例和对照组82例(治疗组予综合治疗并口服益糖康治疗12周;对照组予综合治疗并口服安慰剂12周)。将两组患者分别分为超重组(BMI≥28kg/m2),肥胖组(BMI≥25kg/m2且BMI<28kg/m2),正常组(BMI<25kg/m2)。对患者的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、HBA1C、血脂、血压等指标进行临床观察。结果 (:1)痰热互结型并有IGR的MS患者的BMI以25≤BMI<28为主。(2)基础治疗可以改善痰热互结型患者的2hPG、血压和BMI,主要作用于超重组和肥胖组患者。基础治疗虽不能从总体上降低FPG,但却可降低肥胖组的FPG。(3)益糖康治疗可以显著改善BMI、2hPG、TG、TC和血压。其中对于2hPG、TC和血压的治疗作用均体现在超重组和肥胖组。Objective ：To evaluate the clinical effect of Chinese traditional medicine Yitangkang on MS patients of IGR from the perspective of BMI. Method ：The study was conducted by the random two-blind control experience in 165 cases of MS patients of IGR diagnosed according to WHO standard from the perspective of BMI. The cases were randomly divided into 2 groups and were treated with oral liquid Yitangkang （ group 1 ） and oral placebo （ group 2） respectively and observed for 12 weeks. Afterwards each group Was divided into 3 groups, group A （BMI ≥ 28kg/m^2）, group B （BMI ≥25kg/m2 且 BMI〈28kg/m2 and group C （BMI〈25kg/m^2） and the observation indexes included the indexes of PG, blood fat and blood pressure. Conclusion ： （ 1 ） MS patients of IGR with the phlegm heat accumulation nmtually are mainly patients with BMI ≥25kg/m2 且 BMI〈28kg/m^2 （2） Foundamental treatment could improve 2hPG, blood pressure and BMI of MS patients of IGR with the phlegm heat accumulation mutually. It made the best Use to group A and group B. Though fundhmental treatment can＇t decrease the index of FPG, it could decrease FPG of group B. （ 3 ） The treatment of Yitngkang could significantly improve BMI,2hPG, TG, TC and blood pressure, and it made the best use to group A and group B.
