摘　　要：文章从TGF-β的生物化学特性和TGF-β在诱发系膜增生性肾病中的作用以及中医药拮抗TGF-β诱发系膜增生性肾病的理论基础及研究成果等方面进行了论述。认为TGF-β在系膜细胞增生性肾病的致病中起重要作用,以及中医药能拮抗TGF-β,从而抑制或者缓解系膜增生性肾病的进展。In this paper, the biochemical properties of TGF- β and TGF- β in inducing mesangial proliferative nephropathy and TCM antagonist of TGF-β-induced mesangial proliferative kidney disease and the theoretical basis of research results and other aspects were discussed. TGF-β in mesangial cells in proliferative renal disease plays an important role, as well as Chinese medicine can antagonize TGF-β , thereby it can inhibit or ease mesangial proliferative kidney disease progress.
