摘　　要：文章介绍了哮喘与ORMDL3的关系,概述了ORMDL3的生物学功能及其SNPs位点临床研究,展望了ORMDL3研究的方向,旨在为临床上采用中医药在微观领域治疗哮喘疾病提供思路。This paper introduces the relationship between asthma and ORMDL3, summarizes the biological function of ORMDL3 and the clinical study of SNPs loci, and looks forward to the ORMDL3 research direction in order to provide the ideas of treating the asthma clinically by using the method of traditional Chinese medicine in the microscopic fields.
