摘　　要：文章对近年来灸法治疗原发性痛经的临床概况进行综述,并综合分析了灸法治疗痛经的疗效和特点,发现灸法治疗痛经疗效显著,但目前临床诊疗标准、研究方法和灸法作用机制研究仍然存在一些亟待解决的问题。This paper was summarized and analyzed the effect and characteristics of moxibustion treatment for primary dysmenorrhea in recent years, then found that the effect of moxibustion treatment for dysmenorrhea is distinct, but at present, there are some problems about clinical diagnosis standard, research methods and moxibustion mechanism research, which should be solved.
