女童中枢性性早熟的中医治疗

摘　　要：以中医理论阐述女童中枢性性早熟的病因病机及辨证论治。总结出本病病机以肾的阴阳失衡为本,以肝火偏旺、痰湿凝聚为标;临床治疗以滋阴降火、疏肝泻火、化痰散结为主要方法。By the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine to explain the pathogeny, pathogenesis and treatment based on syndrome differentiation of Idiopathic Central Precocious Puberty in girls. Summarizing the pathogenesis of the disease that the root is the imbalance between Kidney-yin and Kidney-yang, the branch is the excess of liver-fire and the condensation of phlegmatic hygrosis. Clinical treatment with nourishing yin to reduce pathogenic fire, soothing liver and purging fire, resolving phlegm and removing masses as the main methods.
