自制药酒膏摩与常规推拿治疗肩周炎疗效对照研究

摘　　要：目的:观察比较自制紫荆活络酒膏摩与常规推拿对肩周炎的疗效及初步机制探讨。方法:74例肩周炎患者随机分成治疗组与对照组各37例,治疗组予以自制紫荆活络酒膏摩治疗,对照组予以常规推拿治疗,观察两种治疗方法对肩周炎患者治疗前、后的症状、体征积分的影响,进行临床疗效评价。结果:自制紫荆活络酒膏摩和常规推拿治疗肩周炎2个疗程后,肩周炎患者症状及体征较治疗前明显改善,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后症状及体征改善情况明显优于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组。结论:自制紫荆活络酒膏摩和常规推拿治疗肩周炎均有效,但是自制紫荆活络酒膏摩治疗肩周炎在改善功能、缓解疼痛方面疗效均显著优于常规推拿组。Objective ： To compare curative effect and explore inital mechanism of massage with Zijing Huoluo medical wine and routine Tuina of Periarthritis of Shoulder. Methods ： 74 patients with periarthritis of shoulder were randomly divided into treatment group （ n=37 ） and control group （ n=37 ）. Control group was given massage with Zijing Huoluo medical wine. Treatment group was given massage treatment. The changes of pre-treatment and post-treatment symptos and syndrome were observed to evaluate the clinical curative effect. Results ： After 2 courses of treatment, the symptoms and syndrome of periarthritis of shoulder were obviously decreased or disappeared （P〈0.05）;the symptom of pain and the syndrome of shoulder joint limitation of motion were obviously decreased in treament group compared with control group （P〈0.05）. The gross effective rate was higher in treatment group than that in control group. Conclusion ： The treatment of massage with Zijing Huoluo medical wine and routine Tuina was effective in periarthritis of shoulder. But massage with Zijing Huoluo medical wine in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder is significantly superior to the routine Tuina on improving function and relieving pain.
