针刺眼针肝、肾、脾区对中老年眩晕患者临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察毫针针刺眼针肝、肾区对中老年各证型眩晕的疗效。方法:将62例诊断为眩晕的中老年患者随机分为两组,对照组30例,采用舒血宁为主的常规药物加体针治疗。治疗组32例,在对照组治疗方案的基础上加用眼针辨证治疗。7天为1个疗程。结果:治疗2个疗程后,治疗组不仅在改善眩晕方面,而且在提高稚一基底动脉平均血流速度方面优于对照组。结论:针刺眼针肝、肾、脾区对中老年各证型眩晕有明显的疗效,操作简便,值得临床进一步推广。Objective：To observe the eye is provided with for filiform needle acupuncture needle liver, kidney of old every syndrome area of the curative effect of＇ vertigo. Metha（ts ： 62 patients with diagnosis of vertigo older patients were randomly divided into two groups, 30 patients in the control group, the comfortable give priority to routine blood better drugs, TiZhen treatment. Tile treatment group 32 cases, in the control group on the basis of treatment combined with eye needle dialectical therapy. Seven （lays for a period of treatment. Results ： After a course of treatment 2, the treatment group not only in improving vertigo but also in improving basement artery better than control group in the mean blood flow velocity. Conclusion ： Acupum;ture needle liver, kidney, eye of the spleen area middle-aged syndrome types have obvious curative effect of vertigo, simple operation, and to further promote the clinical.
