西瑞香素抗炎抑菌作用的初步实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨西瑞香素的抗炎抑菌作用。方法:采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀法与鸡蛋清致大鼠足跖法以观察西瑞香素的抗炎作用;采用二倍稀释法测定西瑞香素对5种细菌的最低抑菌浓度。结果:西瑞香素对二甲苯引起的小鼠耳廓肿胀及鸡蛋清引起的大鼠足跖肿胀有较好的抑制作用;对5种细菌最低抑菌浓度为45 mg/mL。结论:西瑞香素具有抗炎抑菌作用。Objective： To study the anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects of daphnoretin by experiments.Methods： The inflammatory models including the swelling of ear induced by xylene in mice and egg albumin induced foot acute inflammatory edema in rat were employed to evaluate the anti-inflammatory effects.Double diluting method was used to detect the minimal inhibiting concentration on five bacteria.Results： Daphnoretin showed good inhibiting effects on the models of the swelling of ear induced by xylene in mice and egg albumin induced foot acute inflammatory edema in rat,and also showed strong function on five bacteria.Conclusion： Daphnoretin possessed the anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects.
