摘　　要：[目的]总结宫腔内良性病变病人行宫腔镜手术的观察及护理。[方法]对62例宫腔内良性病变病人行宫腔镜手术,同时加强术前、术后护理及手术并发症的观察及护理。[结果]62例病人均顺利手术,经抗感染、止血治疗后,预后均良好。[结论]加强宫腔内良性病变病人行宫腔镜手术的观察及护理,是手术成功的保证。Objective To summarized the observation and nursing care of 62 cases of patients with intrauterine benign lesions undergoing hysteroscopic surgery. Methods：A total of 62 cases of patients with intrauterine benign lesions underwent hysteroscopic surgery, while strengthening the preopera- tive care and postoperative care and observation and nursing care of surgical complications. Results. Atl operations were successful in 62 patients, and the prognosis was good after anti - infective and hemostatic therapy. Conclusion：To strengthen the observation and care of patients with intrauterine benign lesions undergoing hysteroscopic surgery is a guarantee of Success,
