摘　　要：固定资产投入对一个城市的经济社会发展起着举足轻重的作用。以北京市作为研究对象,选择国外较为成熟的C-D生产函数、超越对数生产函数、CES生产函数三种生产函数进行比较,从而确定最优的分析模型,对北京市及各区县固定资产投入实际增长速度对经济发展的贡献程度进行了剖析。根据计算结果,总结了其空间分布规律,并根据各区的功能定位进行了分析。Fixed assets investment plays an important role on urban social and economic development. By analyzing three different models （ i. e. , C-D Production Function, Beyond Logarithm Function and CES Production Function） , this paper evaluates the efficiency of the fixed assets investment in Beijing. Thus the most applicable model is selected based on empirical analysis and the comparison of the simulation results and the contribution of fixed assets investment to the growth of economic for Beijing and its districts is analyzed. Based on the function of each districts, its spatial distribution rule is pointed out.
