摘　　要：对汽车配件产业企业用地规模、土地产出效能和工作密度进行了统计分析,得到汽车零配件产业相关行业企业空间需求特征,在此基础上提出汽车零配件产业园区空间导向整合发展策略,并应用于唐山现代装备制造工业区规划中,以引导工业园区合理布局,促进土地高效集约化利用。This paper analyzes auto parts industrial enterprises land use size, land productivity performance and work density and get the space demand characteristics of auto parts industry related enterprises, and proposes auto parts industrial park spatial oriented integrated development strategy, and applies to the planning of the Tangshan modern equipment manufacturing industrial zone, to promote efficient land use.
