城乡配电网中单相配电系统供电模式研究

摘　　要：为了促进单相配电系统在我国城乡配电网中的推广实施,通过科学运用电网规划理论、标准规范,优化组合供电系统各组成要素,给出了城乡配电网中单相配电系统典型供电模式,包括单相配电系统的高、低压侧接入方式、配电单元配置、设备选择和接地方式设计等。应用所给供电模式完成了城乡单相配电改造实施方案,并实施了该方案。通过实施验证,给出的典型供电模式与实施方案可有效地应用于我国城乡配电网。To promote the application of single-phase distribution system in urban and rural grid, this paper introduces the typical power supply modes of single-phase distribution system based on using the distribution network planning theory, standard codes and optimized combination of power system elements scientifically. The power supply modes contain high-voltage and low-voltage access modes, the configuration of distribution unit, equipments selections, grounding design, etc. Using the power supply modes introduced, this paper introduces and implements the single-phase distribution network reconstruction scheme. The tests show that both the power supply modes and reconstruction scheme introduced can be applied effectively in urban and rural grid.
