Biological Effects of the T-cell Area of Chicken Bursa

摘　　要：分别由鸡法氏囊全囊、T区、非T区的抽提物 ,连续 9d注入雏鸡腹腔内 ,经实验测定 ,结果表明能提高法囊指数的有效活性物质更集中于T区 ,而不是非T区。能促进体重与法氏囊重正常生理发育的活性物质亦更集中于T区。因而鸡法氏囊不仅在结构上 ,而且在生物学功能上分为T区与非T区两部分 ,该两部分在对鸡免疫器官及体重的正影响上 ,形成互补关系。Chickens from 2 to 11 day-old were injected respectively with abstracts of the whole bursa,T-cell area and non-T-cell area of bursa. The results indicate that the biological substances,which can enhance the bursa weight / chicken gross weight ratio,are more in the T-cell area than in the non-T-cell area of bursa. Although the bursa of Fabricius can be divided into two structural or biological effect areas,the two areas working together can show the best biological effects.
