两种不同药物在人工流产术后的疗效对比

摘　　要：目的观察比较丹莪妇康煎膏及益母草膏两种药物对人工流产术后子宫出血持续时间、子宫出血量、腹痛持续时间及月经复潮时间的临床疗效。方法将120例人工流产术后患者随机分为A组和B组，每组各60例，A组给予丹莪妇康煎膏治疗，B组给予益母草膏治疗，术后第7、14、30、45天随访，观察子宫出血持续时间、子宫出血量、腹痛持续时间及月经复潮时间，并进行统计分析。结果A组的术后子宫出血持续时间明显短于B组（t=9．52，P〈0．05）；子宫出血量少于既往月经量的患者A组明显多于B组（Х^2=9．60，P〈0．05）；A组明显腹痛持续时间短于B组（t=14．38，P〈0．05）；两组的月经复潮时间比较差异无统计学意义（t=0．48，P〉0．05）。结论丹莪妇康煎膏能显著改善人工流产术后的出血及疼痛状况，且无明显的不良反应，是一种较理想的治疗药物，值得临床推广。Objective To observe and compare the clinical effect of Dan＇ e fukangjiangao and Yimucaogao on bleeding time after abortion, bleeding quantity, duration of abdominal pain and time of menstruation resumption. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of artificial abortion were randomly divided into group A （ 60 cases） treated with Dan＇ e fukangjiangao and group B （ 60 cases ） with Yimucaogao. They were followed up at 7, 14, 30 and 45 day after abortion to observe the uterine bleeding time, bleeding quantity, duration of abdominal pain and time of menstruation resumption. The data was analyzed. Results Uterine bleeding time of group A was significantly shorter than that of group B （ t = 9.52, P 〈 0. 05 ）. There were more patients in group A with less bleeding compared with previous bleeding quantity （X^2 = 9.60, P 〈 0.05 ）. The duration of abdominal pain in group A was significantly shorter than that in group B （ t = 14.38, P 〈 0.05 ）, but there was no significant difference in time of menstruation resumption between two groups （ t = 0.48, P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Dan＇ e fukangjiangao can reduce bleeding and relieve pain after artificial abortion without obvious side effects. It is a relatively ideal therapeutic drug and it deserves clinical expansion.
