摘 要:目的:观察丁微硅油乳在电子胃镜检查中的应用效果。方法:将进行胃镜检查的患者随机分成两组,检查前10 min,研究组给予丁微硅油乳3~5 mL口服,对照组给予盐酸利多卡因胶浆10 mL或盐酸丁卡因胶浆5 mL口服。根据胃镜下视野清晰程度、消泡效果、麻醉效果、口感进行评价。结果:丁微硅油乳胃镜下视野清晰度、消泡效果明显高于对照组(P<0.05),麻醉效果与对照组相当,口感比对照组好。结论:胃镜检查中应用丁微硅油乳能明显消除泡沫影响,提高视野清晰度,缩短时间,减少误诊、漏诊的发生。Objective: To observe application effects of Dingweiguiyou emulsion in electronic gastroscopy. Methods: Patients were randomly divided into a study group and a control group. 10 minutes before examination, the former group were given 3-5 mL Dingweiguiyou emulsion orally; and the latter were given lidocaine hydrochloride mucilage 10 mL or tetracaine hydrochloride mucilage 5 mL. The clarity of the viewing field in gastroscopy, the effects of anesthesia, and taste were evaluated. Results : The clarity of the viewing field in gastroscopy and anti-foaming effect in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group (P〈0.05). Anesthetic effect was similar to that in the control group, and the taste was better than that in the control group. Conclusions: Dingweiguiyou emulsion application can significantly eliminate the foam impact, improve vision clarity, shorten time, and reduce occurrence of misdiagnosis.
