摘　　要：为了把社会风险控制在一定范围之内,确保改革的社会成本不超出社会的承受能力,维护社会的相对稳定,必须建立健全利益调节机制。构建政治稳定视野下利益调节机制的过程,是一个妥善处理各种利益关系、消除不和谐因素、增进社会和谐的过程。In order to control social risk in a certain range, ensure reform social cost does not exceed the society bearing Construction of proper handling promoting social capacity, maintain social stability, must build perfect interest adjustment mechanism. political stability from the perspective of interest adjustment mechanism of the process, is a of relations between various interests, the elimination of disharmony factors, the process of harmony.
