摘　　要：社会分化是一把双刃剑,在推动社会进步的同时也给阶层整合带来负面效应,在新情况新问题不断涌现的转型期,以信任、规范和参与网络为主要形式的社会资本缺失给阶层和谐带来了许多不稳定因素。研究社会资本和社会阶层分化的逻辑关系,并从整合政府与公民社会力量的新视角上培育社会资本,对重构社会整合机制,优化社会结构并促进阶层和谐具有重大的现实意义。Social differentiation is a double edged sword, in the promotion of social progress but also to the negative effects of class integration. In the transition period which new situations and new problems are emerging, it brought many uncertainties to class harmony for the lack of social capital which takes trust, norms and participation in the network as the main form. It is of great practical significance on the reconstruction of social integration mechanisms, optimization of social structure and promotion of the class harmony to study the logic logical relationship of social capital and social stratification, and to cultivate social capital from integrating government and the social power of citizens on a new perspective.
