摘　　要：通过对视频稳定系统的角点跟踪算法的分析,针对图像旋转与局部物体运动情况,采取圆投影向量相关系数法对基于角点跟踪的运动估计算法进行改进,结合局部运动邻域相关算法剔除运动物体,并采用菱形快速搜索算法提高角点配准速度。对塔吊运动平台的视频图像进行验证,实验结果证明了算法的有效性。This paper illustrates the video stabilizing corner tracking technology, this paper countered the swirling image and local motion situation, adopting the method that related coefficient about circular projection vector to improve the corner tracking motion estimating algorithm, furthermore , using the rhombic rapid algorithm to enhance the rate. According to test the tower video image, the results show that these algorithm are efficacious.
