中共中央机关移驻西柏坡日期新考——兼对人民解放军总部移驻西柏坡日期的考辨

摘　　要：目前,社会各界公认1948年5月26日中共中央和人民解放军移驻西柏坡。2008年笔者对此作过考辨,现作再考辨。中共中央机关撤离延安转移到晋西北后一分为三,应从三地中央机关实际来判断中央驻地。陕北中央前委机关以人民解放军总部为主,陕北若干村庄是中央军务机关暂时驻地。中央工委机关以组织部、宣传部、社会部、中央党校、青委、解放日报、军委政治部等十五个部、委、办为主,西柏坡是中央党务部门的驻地。三交镇主要是中央后委机关的驻地。西柏坡一身二任,既是中央工委所在地,又是中共中央机关所在地。中共中央机关1947年7月12日基本上移驻西柏坡,人民解放军总部1948年4月23日移驻西柏坡,毛泽东1948年5月27日入住西柏坡中央所在地。中共中央机关在西柏坡一年零九个月,不是十个月。Now it is generally acknowledged that the Central Authority of the CPC and PLA went into Xibaipo on May 26,1948,but this view needs a further discussion.After an investigation,this paper thinks that the Central Authority of the CPC went into Xibaipo on July 12,1947,PLA on April 23,1948,and Mao Zedong on May 27,1948.The Central Authority of the CPC was not in Xibaipo for one year and nine months but one year and ten months.
